Yes! Absolutely. A Course Counselor helps you plan and schedule your workshops, but ultimately when you take them is up to you! If something comes up or you want to take another workshop instead, simply reschedule your workshop by logging into your user account. Workshops are offered every week. You may reschedule your workshop anytime before the Thursday of the week prior. This gives us time to match classes by ability and teachers.

A course should take between 4 to 8 weeks. Your Course Consultant will talk to you about your exam date and current commitments to design a schedule that works best for you. However rarely do we recommend students drag courses out for much longer than 8 weeks. This is because classes build on each other, and it’s in your best interest to learn the material in an uninterrupted interval.

Each Workshop Key will give you access into one 2-hr Focus Workshop. The Schoolhouse Course comes with 5 Workshop Keys and the Superstar Course comes with 9 Workshop Keys. A My-eSAT Course Consultant will help you select the workshops that suit your needs and schedule; however you can use your Workshop Key to access any workshop. Simply schedule or reschedule the workshop by the Thursday of the week before. This gives us time to match you in a class based on your needs.

Focus Workshops are live, small-group classes that “focus” on a certain areas of the SAT for additional practice. An exceptionally bright and energetic instructor teaches each workshop 100% online via our cutting-edge virtual classroom. All Focus Workshops average 5 or less students per class and are 2-hr long. Although Focus Workshops are recommended by your Course Consultant based on your performance and your prior commitments, when you take them is ultimately up to you. You may schedule and re-schedule any Focus Workshops within 6 months of purchase. All Focus Workshops are matched with students based on similar ability in order to ensure maximum personalization of class material.

It is the student's responsibility to log in 10 minutes early and make sure their audio is set up properly. There will be instructions on how to properly set up your speakers and microphone in the virtual classroom. 
 
However, in the rare case that a student cannot get their speakers set up properly, we do have a dial in number in which you can listen to the class on your phone. The dial in number will be provided by your instructor in the workshop.
